How are shirt measured?

The width on our size chart is measured from armpit to armpit across the front only, the length is measured from neck seam to bottom hem.

Do the shirts shrink?

While our shirts are pre-shrunk you can expect some shrinkage on solid colors as they are 100% cotton, particularly if you use any heat while washing or drying. Heather colors are a poly-cotton blend and so tend to not shrink much if at all.

How do the shirts fit?

Guys shirts are a regular or loose fit, while girls tees are more fitted or tapered with cap sleeves.

What brands are used?

We use different brands depending on our manufacturing process. Certain designs and inks work better on different kinds of fabrics. Our primary brands are: Bella Canvas, Gildan, Anvil, Next Level, and Jerzees.

How long will shipping take?

Standard Shipping transit time is generally between 2-7 business days.
USPS Priority Mail transit time is generally 1-3 business days.
Orders shipped via 2nd day Air are sent out the same day if the order is received by 1 pm EST, and 2nd Day applies to weekdays only.

What do the Order Statuses mean?

Pending: We are still awaiting payment.
Complete: We have received payment and will send the order to production.
Shipped: The order has finished being made and shipped.

Do you accept custom orders?

At this time, we do not accept or produce custom orders.

Do you provide compensation for design ideas?

While we are always happy to hear design ideas from our customers, at the current time we are not offering any compensation for design ideas.
